This Return and Refund Policy explains how payments and refund requests are handled for BacMath TleD - MCX Education, provided by MATHCYX.
1. Digital Service
The Application provides digital educational access and learning content. Since access is digital, refunds may be limited once access has been activated or the service has been used.
2. Access Fee
Users may be required to pay an access fee to use the Application or specific features. The price and access conditions are shown before payment where applicable.
3. Payment Provider
Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as FedaPay. Payment processing is subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
4. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
- The User was charged but did not receive access to the Application.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- A technical error prevented access and the issue could not be resolved after contacting support.
A refund may be refused if access was successfully granted and the service was used, or if the request is abusive, fraudulent, or outside a reasonable request period.

- Reason for the refund request
6. Processing Time
