We use Supabase to manage user authentication and related email communications. Supabase may process Users’ email addresses and related technical information in order to provide authentication, account management, database services, and email delivery services.

Payments
Users may pay for access to products or services provided through the Application. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider and not directly by Us.
We use FedaPay as a payment provider. When Users make a payment, FedaPay may collect and process payment-related information, such as transaction details, payment method information, phone number, email address, and other information required to complete the transaction.
We do not store full payment card details or sensitive payment credentials on Our own servers.

Sharing Your Personal Data
We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:

Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We retain and use Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support account management, improve the Service, and maintain security.
- Account information: retained for the duration of Your account relationship plus up to 24 months after account closure to handle post-termination issues or disputes.
- Support data: retained for up to 24 months from the date of closure to resolve follow-up inquiries and defend against potential legal claims.
- Usage data and server logs: retained for up to 24 months for service improvement, security monitoring, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
- Payment-related records: may be retained as required by tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or legal obligations.
When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data where possible. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period consistent with backup retention schedules.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed at the Company's operating offices and in other places where Service Providers are located.
